1. Introduction

Welcome to Izypick. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at 15 Oxford Drive, York, Toronto Canada and any related services provided by Izypick. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Service.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.1 Account Type

Registered users are classified into two categories thus: Customers, and Agents

• a. Customers: These are registered users who simply wants to use Izypick to list their shipments and track their shipments until delivery to their expected destinations.
• b. Agents: These are Cargo carriers i.e. individuals and companies engaged in cargo delivery business. We accept verifiable registered businesses only on Izypick. All agents define their shipment routes globally and fees per weight either in kg or lb.

Whereas, customers pay for shipments, Izypick charges a 3% (ONLY) as brokerage fee while the balance is paid to the agent facilitating the delivery.

Note: Our service fee is subject to review without notice to agents due to business climate, economic realities and government regulatory policies in different jurisdictions where Izypick service is supported.

3. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information as outlined below. Our Privacy Policy details how we handle your data. By using our Service, you consent to such collection and processing.

3.1 Information Collected

We may collect the following directly from users:

• Name/Username
• Phone Numbers
• Email Addresses
• Billing Information
• Debit / Credit Card Numbers
• Age
• Business Addresses
• Job Titles
• Passwords

Note: Camera & Gallery. We may request to access your camera and picture gallery for picture images of the user or cargo to enhance our service delivery and effective users’ identification.

3.2 Tracking Technologies

We use digital analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics) and tracking technologies like the Facebook Pixel for traffic measurement and advertising. We may also employ retargeting tools (e.g., Facebook API, Google API).

3.3 Communications

Users may opt in to receive newsletters or marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. User Obligations

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service.
• Do not misuse the Service (e.g., spam, hacking, or unauthorized access).
• Comply with all applicable laws.

5. Payments

We accept online payments for shipments or agents’ subscriptions. Payment methods include:

2. Recurring Payments

5.1 One-Time Payments

Each cargo listed must be paid for. A One-time cargo fee is charged for the shipment.

5.2 Recurring Payments

Each user registered as an “Agent” is expected to participate in our agency community. The basic plan is free but for extensive access to the features and services in the community, a recurring monthly subscription fee is charged the agent. Agents are at liberty to either downgrade their subscription or totally opt out by changing their status to the free plan.

6. Advertising

Our Service may display ads. Third-party advertisers may use cookies or similar technologies to personalize content.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with services like Google Maps APIs and may access features such as:
